From October through December, small-scale farmers throughout Palestine carefully gather olives from their groves and press them in limited batches. Each harvest reflects the land, the timing, and the hands that nurtured it—offering a unique flavour profile that, when blended, becomes a family's signature oil for the year.

At Levantine, we celebrate this deep-rooted tradition by sourcing oils throughout the harvest, capturing the bold, peppery notes of early olives and the smoother, softer tones from later in the season.

Our Jenin Olive Oil is a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil crafted by farming families from the villages surrounding Jenin. Its balanced flavour and richness make it an ideal addition to dressings, dips, and home-cooked meals that deserve something special.
