We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with your order, please contact us at we@levantine.us—our team is here to help.
Returns & Refunds

Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened & Unused Products: Returns are generally not accepted, as Levantine products are considered perishable food items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at we@levantine.us within 3 days of receiving your order to explain your concern and request a return.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your return request, we will review your case and respond with either an approval or denial. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

The customer assumes the risk of loss during return shipment.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned items are received.

Original shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and related fees are non-refundable.

A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as non-returnable on our website are not eligible for refunds.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased Levantine-branded products from a third-party retailer or another online platform, please contact the seller directly. Levantine LLC cannot process exchanges or refunds for orders not purchased through our official website.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your order arrives damaged and the product is unsafe to consume, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
To qualify, please:

Report the damage to we@levantine.us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide photo documentation of:

The damaged product(s)

Original packaging materials

The shipping label/tracking number

The original shipping carton

Wrong Items
If you received the wrong products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at we@levantine.us.
We will:

Send you the correct products immediately

Cover all shipping and handling fees

If necessary, provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items
Missing Items
If items are missing from your order, notify us within 3 days. After reviewing your shipment, we will either:

Send the missing items at no extra charge or
-
Provide a refund or store credit, based on your preference
Lost Packages (Marked as Delivered)
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the claim is approved and a refund is issued by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or undeliverable address

A refused shipment

Failure to pick up the package from a carrier access point
We can re-ship your order after you pay a new shipping and handling fee, even if your original order qualified for Free Shipping.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

A restocking fee may be applied.

If you request a refund instead of a reshipment, the same conditions will apply.
International Orders
All international orders are subject to:

Import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country

Brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier
Levantine LLC is not responsible for these additional charges. If your package is returned to us because you declined to pay customs duties or failed to complete the customs clearance process, we reserve the right to deny a full or partial refund.
