  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel orders at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

(a) Pricing

  • All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • The final price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  • Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are not included in the listed price.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.

(b) Promotions

  • Promotional offers may have separate terms that override these Terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will arrange the shipping of your order.

  • You are responsible for the shipping fees displayed during checkout.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays.

About Our Products

  • Our products are made in Levantine by Levantine farmers who care for ancient olive trees.

  • Orders are shipped to the U.S. and distributed domestically to simplify logistics and reduce costs.

4. Returns and Refunds

General Policy

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are generally not accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to explain your issue. If approved, a refund will be issued under these conditions:
✔ Product must be unopened, unused, and in good condition.
✔ Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
✔ You assume the risk of lost return shipments.
✔ Original shipping, tax, or customs fees are non-refundable.
✔ A restocking fee may apply.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Special Cases

Damaged in Transit

📷 Must be reported within 3 days with photo evidence sent to we@levantine.us.

Wrong Items Shipped

✔ We will resend the correct items or issue a refund (shipping covered by us).

Missing Items

📧 Contact us within 3 days at we@levantine.us.
✔ We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

✔ We will help file a carrier claim, but compensation is at our discretion based on claim results.

Returned Shipments (Wrong Address, Rejection, Non-Pickup)

✔ We can reship the order, but you must pay new shipping fees.
✔ Original shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

  • All products are provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties.

  • Colors and images displayed on your screen may not be exact matches to the actual product.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
❌ Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
❌ Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

  • These Terms benefit only you and Levantine LLC.

  • No third party has rights under these Terms.
